Salesforce Classic
Projects can be found under the Projects tab on an Appointment or Prospect. Each Project in the list represents the Projects for the corresponding Appointment or Prospect. After selecting a Project in the list, the corresponding Project Activities can be found.
Project Activities
Project Activities are able to be added, updated or deleted given the user has sufficient permissions to do so. They are also able to be two different types; Appointment or Task.
- Project Activities will be placed on the Calendar if there is an Staff member assigned to the Project Activity and the Project Activity has a valid Start and End Date or a valid Due Date depending on the type of Project Activity
- Project Activities that will be visible on the Map if they contain a Latitude and Longitude.
- The Latitude and Longitude are derived from the Appointment.
