MarketSharp
Production tasks can be found under the Production tab on an Appointment or Contact. Each Production in the list represents the Job Product, Job Product Details, Worker and other Production information from an existing Job related to the Contact. After selecting a Production item in the list, the corresponding Production Tasks can be found.
- Tax Amount Job Products are not displayed.
- Adding Job Product Details is currently unavailable
Product Pricing
Prices exist both on the Job Product and each Job Product Detail. The Job Product Price can be changed by updating Job Product Details. If a Job Product Detail has been updated, the Job Product price will now reflect the total of all Job Product Detail prices plus the Job Product Adjustment price. This is an effort to keep Prices consistent between Job Products and Job Product Details. Updating the Job Product price will not reflect in the Job Product Details if there are any.
The Job Product Details price is representation of the total amount for that Job Product Detail. For example, if there is Job Product Detail quantity of 2 and the price is $40.00, $40.00 is NOT for each, but rather the total amount.
Production Tasks
Production Tasks will adhere to any production rules that are set by the Production Process or any of MarketSharp's Business rules
- Production Tasks that have their dates filled in based on the previous step completed will populate next Production Task's Expected Start Date and Expected End Date.
- Scheduled Production Tasks will be placed on the Calendar if there is an employee assigned to the Production Task and has a valid Expected Start Date and Expected End Date
- When the Production Task is scheduled and has a Calendar Event, the Subject of the Calendar Event will be displayed vs the Production Task Description
- Scheduled Production Tasks will be visible on the Map on the Home Screen
- The Production Tasks use the latitude and longitude of the Job Site Address
- Filling in all the Actual End Dates on all the Production Tasks will update the Product Completion Date to the current date.
- If all Products have been completed, the Job Completion Date will be updated
- Activity Processes assigned to the Production Tasks that have their criteria filled will be added behind the scenes.
- If an Activity within an process is looking for a specific type of date like Actual Start Date, it will only be triggered once that Actual Start Date is filled in
- Generating Work Orders is not available at this time
Services
Services can be found in a number of places throughout RemodelerGo. They can be found with the To-Dos, on the Calendar, the map, and on the Service Tab when viewing a Contact or Appointment. Services are currently read-only as in they cannot be added or updated, only viewed.
When viewing from the Service Tab regardless of if its from the Appointment or Contact, the Services retrieved for all of the Services for the Contact.
Service Address
The address for Services being used is the Job Site Address. Any distance calculations or locations. pins on the map use this address. The Job Site Address does not inherently exist on the Service, but exists on the Job. Service Appointments will only show up on the map if the Job Site Address that exists on the job has been successfully geocoded (has a valid latitude and longitude).
