If your Users experience this error, it means they do not have Read access to a field that RemodelerGo is trying to display.
An Admin User will need to resolve this issue. Login to improveit 360 desktop.
Navigate to Setup
Go to the Objects menu
Then look at the error message again to determine where the Field is located. The error tells me it's on the Receipt object.
The friendly name for the Object is Receipt / Adjustment, click on the Object Name
Scroll down and locate the Field from the error message, in this example it is the Additional Info field in the error message.
Click on the Field Label
Then click View Field Accessibility
Select the Field again from the dropdown menu:
Click on the word Hidden
Next click the Visible checkbox
This will ensure Users can Read or View this field from the RemodelerGo app.
If you do not want your Users to have access to see this field, you will need to Remove the Field from the RemodelerGo Page Layout. Follow along with this Article for adding and removing fields from the Page Layouts: RemodelerGo Setup Guide
